In such a saturated field and in such a competitive urban area, a school can only achieve educational success if there are multiple leaders who support each other to motivate and mobilize the community towards learning with different experiences that allow it to excel and innovate in today’s world.

Mission and vision: The basic condition for the success of an organization depends, primarily, on the establishment of a clear, creative, challenging and innovative Vision and Mission. The Vision and Mission must be shared by all the members and strategic partners of the organization. In successful organizations, the spirit of the Vision and Mission is manifested in all activities, processes and management. A clear, creative, challenging and innovative Vision and Mission are the general framework of reference that guides the organization in its functioning, defines the values that sustain it, and shows the confidence it has and what the organization aims to achieve.

Leadership: all members of the institution develop a leadership in each of their areas. Forming leaders is a must but in turn we need to support and supervise.

Projection: Insertion of the school in the life of the community. The economic and commercial activities carried out in the community can become points of departure to create situations and opportunities for meaningful learning. Every community offers the school multiple opportunities and learning opportunities that, when exploited, facilitate the achievement of educational goals. Successful Schools convert traditions; customs and intricate it onto their curriculum. Likewise, they take advantage of the resources that Educational Institutions and organizations provide for the educational process. To achieve this, the Successful Schools establish alliances and agreements aimed at students making visits, practices, field trips and carry out activities that become an incentive to share ideas and reflect on them. When projected, it generates in the nearby communities the interest of knowing the school and being part of it. It takes advantage of the physical plant and creates the desire of a child or young person to say “I want to be here”

Training: Education changes and must have trained leaders in all educational areas: Planning, evaluation, curricular adaptations, technology. “Here the teachers do know”

Values: What differentiates one school from another? Basically, they have the same assets and interests: classrooms, educational programs, English, sports fields, educational material. What makes the difference is the management of the human values that are professed, put into practice and evidence an integral formation. For an integral education, the integration of the elements around an educational, optimistic, motivational and pleasant mystic and environment is specifically proposed. This proposal is based on the possibility of achieving a comprehensive education open to culture, sports, art, recreation, infant-youth expressions constantly

Define the mission and vision Organizations must keep in mind that having their mission, vision and defined values, will allow them to be focused and have the opportunity to work to expand in the markets for which they offer their products or services, since they know and having a clear idea of what is being pursued provides the basis for strategic planning and achieving results now and in the future.
